Delhi Nursery Admission 2018-19 Forms:

India is a developing country but still the literacy rate of India is still low as compare to other nations. Admission process in any class is look a headache and full of difficulty for the parents as well as for the children. From 1st of January 2017 government took initiative towards spreading education to every corner of the country. Government started a programme with a slogan “Shikhit Rastra Samarth Rastra” through this, people can get the admissions for their children in all the Private schools as these are instructed by the Directorate of Education in Delhi. The commencement of this proggramme comes into existence on 1st January 2018. Now, people who belong to weaker section of the society or basically have poor financial condition can apply for EWS (Economically weaker section)/DG (Disadvantaged group) Category. The government of Delhi conducts admissions for Nursery, KG and Class 1 under the EWS/DG categories and strictly give order to every private school to keep a 25% defined quota for the children belonging to EWS/DG. This 25% defined quota is given as per the Right to Education Act 2009.

As per guidelines of the Directorate of Education in Delhi it was mandatory to display the Admission details regarding EWS on the notice boards for all the schools. Due to the irregular or non – implementation of EWS/DG admission process in some schools the Delhi High Court and the Directorate of Education intervenes to protect the admissions as well as seeking the right implementation of the process.

The Directorate of Education issued notices regarding Delhi Nursery Admission Form 2018-19. Visitors are requested to read them carefully the important date for the Nursery admission 2018 – 19 sessions as given below:

Delhi Nursery School Admission – Apply Online 2018-19

The Delhi Nursery Admission Form for the session 2018-19 will be available on www.edudel.nic.in.

Kindly read the eligibility criteria before applying for the Delhi Nursery Admission 2018 of your child in Nursery class. Important eligibility details are given below:

  • Only Children’s whose parents annual income is less than 1 Lakh Rupees are eligible for the Admission.
  • Except general category, reserved 25% quota not need to pay the fees.
  • For Nursery or Pre-School admission age limit is 3 to 5 years as on 31-03-2018.
  • For KG or Pre-Primary admission age limit is 4 to 6 years as on 31-03-2018.
  • Age Limit for class 1st is 5 to 7 years as on 31-03-2018.

  • First visit the DOE website www.edudel.nic.in and click on the link for apply to admission.
  • Kindly read or view the given instructions carefully before applying.
  • Now register as a new user by filling up the required detail. You need to upload annual income proof document.
  • Then click on register and your details will get submitted. You will receive a registration ID along with password.
  • After registration, you will fill the form online.
